Free of charge transportation
We have 1 mini-bus so we can take maximum 8 passengers each ride. We only arrange transportation from your vessel to ISC The Bridge in Oostvoorne and vice versa.  If possible, we try to combine pick-ups of crewmembers from different vessels when berthed at the same or a nearby terminal. In order to keep our mini-bus clean we require crewmembers from vessels berthed at EECV terminal (Calandkanaal) and HBTR, formerly known as EMO (Mississippihaven) to use shoe-covers.

Request
If your vessel is berthed within our service area (see map below), you can send us a request by using our contact form or send us a message via whatsapp (0031 632274725).  Please include the following information:

• Name of your vessel
• Berth/terminal
• Number of persons requesting pick-up
• Preferred time of pick-up

You can also give us a call during our opening hours, as stated on the website. Please coordinate with your fellow crewmembers so only 1 person will communicate with us.

We will check our schedule to see if we can fit your request in, so pick-up service is always subject to our confirmation.

ISPS requirements
In order for crewmembers to smoothly pass security checks at the gate of the terminal (departing and returning), please make sure each crew member has its own original passport  and the group needs to have one original crew list, with vessel’s stamp (original so not a copy) and master’s signature (original, not a stamp or a copy).

Time ashore
In order to accommodate as many requests as possible, we work on a ‘first in-first out’ based schedule. Subject to our confirmation we work with time-slots for pick-up and departure times and the time a crewmember can spend ashore is approximately 3 hours. We cannot guarantee a certain time a crewmember can be back on board the vessel as this depends on traffic and time to pass the security check at the gate of the terminal.
