We bring your parcel free of charge onboard when your ship is berthed in our service area (between harbour no. 5500 and 9000).  You can order online at any official webshop you like.

Due to ISPS regulations, we do not deliver parcels onboard sent by a private person.  

If you would like to use this service, please send us a WhatsApp message for instructions and expectations. Please also mention your ship’s name so we know where to deliver the parcel. 

Once agreed and you have ordered your parcel, please send us a message to let us know that you have ordered a parcel. If you receive a tracking number/link, share it with us so we can follow your parcel.

This is a free service.  We are not liable for any delay, damage or loss of a package.
